1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Returns are not applicable on innerwear, personal care items, and products marked as non-returnable or final sale.
2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Refund Process

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit after confirmation.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or defective/damaged items, subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Cosmetics and personal care items
Customized or altered products
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

We will offer a replacement or full refund based on your preference and product availability.
